How to Report a Possible Side Effect of Zululan Products
Please report any potential side effects to your healthcare provider or doctor as a first step.
You may also contact the relevant regulatory body in your area to report the issue.

To ensure we can process your report quickly and efficiently, please provide as much relevant information as possible. At a minimum, we require the following details:
1. Patient Information:
The initials and/or other identifiers (such as gender or date of birth) of the person who experienced the possible side effect.
3. Description of the Side Effect:
A detailed account of the signs and symptoms, the date the side effect began, and its outcome.
2. Reporter Contact Information:
The contact details of the person submitting the report.
4. Product Information:
The name of the Zululan product involved.
